¾" and 1" meters will be furnished and set by MWM. Plumbing, meter setters and boxes will be furnished and installed by the builder or customer. Meters larger than 1" will be furnished by MWM and set by the contractor or builder. Note: All meters 2" or larger must be plumbed with a bypass assembly.
2" Fire Hydrant Meters with RPZ Valve Assembly
A $1000.00 refundable deposit is required prior to attachment to a hydrant. In addition, a $200.00 service charge is required for the first month or portion thereof with an additional $100.00 per month service chare per month thereafter. Customers will be billed for water usage and minimum as with a normal 2" service in addition to the service charges.
